Hi, I'm Cayce Eastwood

I started my first online business selling handmade letterpress stationery over 11 years ago. In 2020, I decided to expand my business and I trained as a mindset coach.

I've learned over the years how important it is to find ways to run my business that are "gentle". What that means to me is that I have the freedom to choose the parts of the online business world that work for me and leave the others behind. It also means that my businesses are designed to give me the flexibility that I want. Finally, and maybe most important to me, is that I have learned how to be gentle with myself while running my businesses, accepting that I am a human with different needs on different days (because of life thing, kids, hormones, lack of sleep, self-doubt, etc.).

I run a membership called the Procrastination to Success Society and help my clients, online business owners, to overcome their struggles with procrastination by tapping into their bravery and self-compassion so that they can run their business with more ease while still reaching their goals.

So how does this work?

STEP ONE:

Check to see if the promotional dates work for your marketing calendar and, if so, fill in the application form.below

STEP TWO:

Submit your information - including a url (and coupon code if needed) for your premium free gift.

STEP THREE:

Promote the free bundle to your audience via email & social media.

STEP FOUR:

Grow your email list & earn more profits by having (hopefully! )100's of new people sign up for your free gift via the exclusive url you submitted in step 2.

How it works for the public:

STEP ONE

Visitors sign up via the Gentle Business Bundle Website to get access to the gift page

STEP TWO

Once on the gift page, visitors have until November 13th to click on the "I WANT THAT!" button of each individual gift they want.

STEP ONE

When visitors click on YOUR "I want that!" button, they will be brought to your special landing page, hosted by you, to sign up for your email list to get your exclusive free gift.

STEP FOUR

Once they claim your free gift they can choose to stay on your list or unsubscribe (though most people do tend to stay around for quite a while.)

You are allowed to have tripwire offers on your thank you page.

Please ensure that a CC number is not needed to sign up for your gift.

If you choose not to have a tripwire product, other uses for your Thank You page include: Growing your YouTube channel, Promoting a webinar, Connecting with the on your social media platform of choice... the possibilities are endless!

Participation Requirements & What I'll Need From You

1. IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FREE BUNDLE (AND CAN MEET THE PROMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS IN #3) THEN FILL OUT THE INTEREST FORM BELOW.

2. PUT TOGETHER A SHOW-SHOPPING FREE GIFT PEOPLE CAN ONLY GET FOR FREE DURING THE GENTLE BUSINESS BUNDLE

  1. Your free gift must be something you could charge $9-$97 (without feeling guilty). Think "tiny offer" / tripwire level or better. This can be something you currently have for sale or you could peel off parts of a paid product to create your gift.

  2. It can't be currently offered for free on your website. (It's totally fine if you give it away as bonus for one of your programs)

  3. The product can't have been in a different free bundle in the month prior to the Gentle Business Bundle.

  4. Everyone must be able to claim it instantly, so no 1:1 sessions or raffle items

  5. No webinars, 1-2 page pdfs, quizzes are allowed.

3. MANDATORY PROMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS DURING OCTOBER 16-23 2023:

Because free bundles only work if everyone contributes to the promotion, if you cannot actively promote the Gentle Business Bundle between Oct 16-23 you cannot participate in the free bundle.

"Actively promoting" includes: 1 solo e-mail to your list and 1 post or set of stories on the social media platform of your choice If you are not active on social media, let me know and we can figure out a different promotion activity that will work.

This is on the honor system, but please try your best to meet these requirements. I'll provide swipe files and graphics that you can use to promote.

You are, of course, encouraged to share more (every little helps!)

4. THE GENTLE BUSINESS BUNDLE LOGO MUST BE ON YOUR LANDING PAGE

You must include the Gentle Business Bundle logo on your gift's landing page / claim page (Even if you'll be sending people directly to a checkout or sales page).

5. (OPTIONAL) PRE-BUNDLE WAITLIST FREEBIE

I've recently been in a couple of bundles that have created a bundle waitlist freebie which consists of a PDF containing Contributor info, a tip related to the subject of the bundle (in this case, running a gentle business) and a link to a freebie signup page.

If you would like to be included in this, I would ask for you to promote the bundle waitlist, either in a solo e-mail or PS, during the period of Oct 2-15. This e-mail/PS is separate and in addition to the solo bundle promotion e-mail that you would send during the bundle "open cart."

6. THE FINAL INFORMATION I'LL NEED FROM YOU:

After you've been accepted to the bundle you'll receive a form to submit the following information:

  1. Your name

  2. Your Headshot (500x500px)

  3. Your Bio (less than 100 words)

  4. Instagram handle

  5. Website

  6. Name of you free gift

  7. Value of your free gift

  8. Short description of your free gift

  9. A 500 x 500px mock up of your free gift

  10. The Landing Page URL of your gift(please note your landing page + auto-responders must be functional by Sept 25th)

  11. If you’re submitting a sales page – please provide us with a URL that has the 100% coupon code attached along with the providing the the actual coupon code.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Applications close on Sept 10th.

  • You'll be notified if you are accepted by Sept 15th

  • Your welcome packet with swipe files and promotional graphics will be in your inbox on Sept 18th

  • Your contributor info is due on Sept 25th

  • Your landing page, thank you page and e-mail auto-responder must also be ready by Sept 25th

  • Waitlist Promotional Period (Optional, if you contribute to the waitlist freebie) is Oct 2-15.

  • Promotional period is Oct 16th - 23rd (ends at midnight Pacific time)

  • People who have signed up to the bundle during the promotional period will be able access the gift page/sign up for gifts until Nov 13th (again, midnight Pacific) -- please keep your page open another day in case of time difference things.
